Meet the Founders
François “Frank” David
Co-Founder, Tech C
CPA. Builder. Systems Thinker.
Frank is the architect behind Tech C’s streamlined, tech-powered service model. As a CPA with a background in both financial leadership and audit, he brings a rare dual perspective to the table. He understands how businesses operate and how they should be measured.
Before launching Tech C, Frank helped build two accounting firms from the ground up. Those experiences shaped his belief that accounting should not just track the past. It should drive better decisions.
At Tech C, he leads operations and innovation, designing cloud-based systems that deliver real-time clarity, clean financials, and board-ready reporting without the friction or fluff.
He is obsessed with efficiency, allergic to busywork, and relentlessly focused on helping clients move faster with numbers they can trust.
Simon-Benjamin Larivière
Co-Founder, Tech C
Former Banker. Founder Advocate. Clarity Fanatic.
Simon built Tech C to solve a problem he saw every day in his past life as a commercial banker. Clients needed loans, but they couldn’t produce timely, consistent financials. What they really needed was a better accounting partner.
With a background in accounting, business lending, and relationship management, Simon brings a grounded and pragmatic approach to financial operations. He cares about simplicity, responsiveness, and helping founders understand their numbers at a glance.
At Tech C, he leads client strategy and communication. His focus is on clarity over complexity and profitability over perfection. Simon believes good accounting should help clients move faster, not slow them down.
